Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All revision classes, tuition sessions, and workshops are non-refundable once booked, except where cancellation is made by Learn Science Together.

2. Cancellations by Learn Science Together

If a session is cancelled by Learn Science Together (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances):

  • You will be offered a full refund or an alternative session date.

3. Cancellations by the Customer

If you cancel your booking:

  • No refund will be provided for missed or unattended sessions.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g. medical reasons, school-related commitments), partial credit may be offered at our discretion.

4. Group and School Bookings

  • Any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days in advance.

  • Refunds are not available once a school or institution has confirmed participation, unless Learn Science Together cancels the event.

5. Online Access and Technical Issues

Learn Science Together is not responsible for any technical issues on the participant’s side, such as poor connectivity or device malfunction.
Where possible, we will offer reasonable support to help you rejoin the session or access a recording (if available).
